Finished off buttoning up these custom double stringer floating stairs made for a customer. Everything was made to bolt together. 2 different colors. Stringers and hardware were black, the steps were a textured copper vein color.
The customer didn't want to go with the usual wood for steps as that didn't match the industrial look he and his wife were going for so we fabbed up these out of 3/16. Also wanted bigger, heavy-duty looking bolts to bolt and anchor everything so we came up with these.

A sign we fabricated for peterson contractors. Made in 3 pieces. The black pieces are actually a stand with 2 legs that fits between the 2 counterweights. The border is a channel a sheet that acts as the background/black infill for the letters. The 2 white sides then bolt on as discretely as possible.

Powder coated aluminum pergola we got installed last week for a customer. They had some old telephone poles that made up part of their deck for us to attach to. Used 6×2 rectangular tube for the frame and slats. Used 6" aluminum I-beam for the 4 posts. Got some square headed bolts and nuts for hardware at all the connections. Powder coated by

The powder coated railings that went with the floating stair stringers we did. Did a stair rail, a straight rail on the upper floor, a straight rail on the main floor, a grab rail going down the stairs, and one on the deck.
1/2" × 1" vertical pickets, 1 1/2" posts, and a 2"× 1" top rail
Tied the rails coming down the stairs into the straight rail for extra support (cuz kids like to swing around them as they come down the stairs). All hardware was fit flush to the steel and the connection was bolted in as incognito as possible.

Some powder coared stair stringers we got installed a few weeks ago. More to come later with the rails.
