Both cats have found a home together!

We have two very sweet cats at our office that need homes. Both are super friendly strays that have basically become our pets, but we need to find them a real home. Check out the picture for more detail. Please let us know if you are able to provide them a good home.

It is the season for reflection and generosity, and I am happy to share the news about our team's efforts to make a difference. Once again, we have embraced the spirit of giving by adopting several families and fulfilling every item on their 2024 wish list.

A special thanks goes to Families Helping Families of the Midlands for orchestrating this incredible event annually. Their dedication to making the holidays brighter for those in need is truly commendable, and we are honored to be a part of it.

Our team's commitment to giving back speaks volumes about our values and the positive impact we can create when we come together. As we celebrate the joy of the season, let us also take a moment to appreciate the collective effort that made this act of kindness possible.

Thanksgiving is just around the corner!

Our offices and lab will be closed on November 23rd & 24th (Thursday & Friday) in observance of the holiday. Please keep in mind any projects coming up that week which involve short hold time or rush analysis. Sampling activities should be planned accordingly to avoid missed hold times or holiday surcharges. Please reach out to us if you have any questions about scheduling!!

For at least the past 10 years Access Analytical and its staff have participated in Families Helping Families. 2022 was no exception!

In lieu of corporate gifts, we are directing our resources toward this charity on behalf of both Access Analytical and its loyal customers. We hope this donation will make Christmas better for a local family less fortunate than most.

Our adopted family will not only receive essentials such as mops, cleaning products, baby supplies and toiletries. They are also getting loads of clothing, basketballs, footballs, bicycles, shoes and all sorts of fun stuff that will make the holiday a little brighter.

Team Access Completes the Enoree River W**e Run!

It was a great day for a 5K in the rain! Despite the weather we had a blast. There is already talk of doing it again next year!

A big thanks the Enoree River W**ery for hosting the run. It is a great event. A 5K that is up our alley for sure!

Reduced Volume Extractions for PAH's and TPH-DRO!!

We have received numerous requests from clients recently regarding the status of reduced volume extractions for semi-volatile compounds. I am pleased to announce that our partner lab, AES, has an application pending with SCDHEC, and hopefully, the wait is almost over for South Carolina work!

Once approved, we will be able to provide customers with 2-40ml vials for sample collection of PAH's (regular reporting limits only, not SIM). Note: samples from NC or GA can already be accepted as certification is in place.

Samples will be prepped via SW-846 method 3511.

Also, please note that we can already accept TPH-DRO samples in a reduced volume format (500mls of sample is plenty).

We will keep everyone posted on progress!
