💎 How Diamond Blades Are Made – The Science Behind the Slice 🔧

It all starts with a steel core – the backbone of the blade – engineered for precision and durability. Then come the diamond segments, made from diamond crystals mixed with metal powders and bonded under intense heat and pressure. These segments do the actual grinding.

🌟 Monthly Employee Spotlight 🌟

Say hello to our incredible HR Coordinator Esmeralda Santos, who joined General Tool in July 2024! She's passionate about supporting our team and loves using her Spanish skills to break down language barriers—(plus, she says working with HR team is a major perk! 😄).

In her free time, she enjoys relaxing with her husband over some delicious KBBQ and recently binged Monsters: The Lyle and Erik Menendez Story. She's got a serious travel bug, with dreams of visiting Barcelona to explore museums, dive into the culture, and try all the amazing food. One day, she also hopes to taste authentic pasta in Italy.
