Step 2: Apply Targeted Treatment

Exergy uses multiple advanced separation and membrane technologies to meet the plant-wide closed-loop requirements for our clients. Exergy's targeted approach to water and chemical recovery by process area, allowes the customer to remove total dissolved solids (TDS) from the rinses, including metals and recover the water for each process application per customer requirements. The reject/concentrates from the recycling system was can be sent resued or back for reuse, additional water recovery and concentration of various salts/minerals.

💰 1-5 year return on investment (ROI) with operating cost reductions of 70%
📉 Significant reduction in water costs and sewer fees

The reject concentrate from the recycling system was sent back to a brine concentrator for additional water recovery and concentration of various salts.
