In creating an album: (1) In [Photos] > [Albums], the top left placeholder [+ Create album] does not allow direct drag and drop. (2) After clicking [+ Create album], both drag and drop and "Upload Photos or Videos" work. The [Use Date from Photos] button correctly assigns date taken, but there is not button for location tags.

In adding photos to an album: (1) When clicking one of my own albums, the top left corner shows a placeholder [+ Add to Album]. Drag and Drop images from Windows PC to this area does not work. (2) After clicking this placeholder, a page [Edit Album] opens, but Drag and Drop images from Windows PC to the photo area does not work either. (3) After clicking [Upload Photos or Videos] button in the [Edit Album] page, a Windows file explorer pops up. Only after selecting and uploading at least one photo from this initial step did an [Add to Album] page open that includes a drag and drop area for additional photos. (4) Time and location stamps do not work in the "Add to Album" page. There are no button for these functions on this page. Why can users tag the time when creating an album, but not the location, and neither when adding photos to the same album?

Please ask your interns to update the PC browser PHP. I reported this problem at least twice three years ago, yet the tech team did an amazing job at doing nothing for the website's basic functions. I am sure there are many other crappy scripts left for web browser. Yet managers who pay for Facebooks Ads still mainly use PC web browser.
