What do ASTM F2656-20 crash ratings mean for your project?

Under ASTM F2656-20, bollards are tested using a 15,000-pound vehicle. An M30-rated system is tested with the vehicle at 30 mph, while an M50-rated system is tested at 50 mph.

After confirming that the barrier stops the vehicle, the test measures how far the vehicle payload travels beyond it. This pe*******on distance determines the system’s P rating and helps identify the level of protection.

Event security made simple and adaptable at the OC Fairgrounds! 🎡🎟️

High-traffic event spaces require dynamic security solutions. For their entry points, the OC Fairgrounds installed our 6-inch 316 Stainless Steel Assisted Lift bollards.
