KME CNC 5-Axis Systems Upgrading existing 3-Axis and 4-Axis machining centers to 5-Axis production machines. KME CNC designs and creates custom CNC workholding solutions.

We specialize in creating a 5-Axis systems on a 4-Axis HMC; with the ability to run multiple jobs from a single set up. Our product line also includes a single indexer which creates a 4-Axis workholding on a standard 3-Axis vertical mill. There is no product on the market which allows the flexibility combined with improved tolerances as the KME CNC line.

Designed to turn a horizontal 250mm machine into a production 5-axis machine, this system allows you to cut all five sides in one operation and eliminate additional setups.

Completely wireless with no wires in the machine area, this unit was installed in a Kitamura HX250iG and runs on lithium-ion power cells for up to 10 hours before a power-cell change.
