Hoot’s Who at OWL™ Services: Meet Candice Lundquist, a Project Manager on our Southeast Operations Construction Team. Candice has been with OWL for 2 years and enjoys the unique rewards and challenges that come with managing construction projects across the region. She loves seeing OWL team members make a difference for customers while navigating the day-to-day complexities of construction and bringing projects across the finish line.

Since joining OWL, Candice has immersed herself in multiple areas of the business, including Construction, Pump & Tank, Permitting and Finance. She has also begun studying for her PMP certification. Her favorite quote is from Winston Churchill, “Success is not final, failure is not fatal: it is the courage to continue that counts.”

Outside of work, Candice owns a small crochet business where she creates and sells handmade products, teaches crochet classes at a local art shop, plays tennis, enjoys reading and recently became a proud mom to a precious baby boy.

The Des Moines Remediation team recently completed an Adult CPR/AED/First Aid course. Through hands-on training, the team gained essential life-saving skills and the confidence to respond during medical emergencies.

Congratulations to Mike Worthington on celebrating 35 years with OWL™ Services! 🎉

Mike began his career in construction, primarily installing USTs. He has built a career defined by leadership and a passion for growth. Over the years, he has taken on a variety of roles, from branch manager positions in Bettendorf, Denver and Tulsa to managing key customer accounts and helping expand operations into new markets.

Throughout his career, Mike has played a significant role in some of OWL's initiatives, including launching the GC Division and helping establish our Texas branches. His expertise and ability to lead high-performing teams have made a lasting impact across the organization.

As we enter back-to-school season, transportation fleets are getting ready for the year ahead. We're highlighting a recent project at the Danville Schools Transportation Maintenance Center in Indiana, helping keep buses maintained and ready to serve students throughout the school year.

Lubrication Installation
• Custom fabricated steel reel hangers fastened to overhead beams for structural safety
• Reel banks include automatic transmission fluid, motor oil, antifreeze, compressed air, domestic water and AC power reel
• Seam welded l**e product lines with LENZ compression fittings
