President Spence Miller and Western Regional Director Michael McNaughton are pleased to introduce Andrew Kissinger as General Manager of Laird Plastics Los Angeles.

Andrew brings more than 15 years of experience in sales leadership, business development, and strategic growth across the manufacturing, retail, and architectural building products industries. Throughout his career, he has built a reputation for developing high-performing teams, driving revenue growth, and building lasting relationships with customers and partners.

Outside of work, Andrew is a devoted husband and proud father of two boys. He is actively involved in youth sports as a baseball coach, where he enjoys mentoring young athletes and helping instill confidence, teamwork, discipline, and leadership. He is also passionate about health and fitness and enjoys traveling with his family, mountain biking, and spending time outdoors.

Western Regional Director Michael McNaughton is pleased to announce a leadership transition at Laird Plastics Portland as we celebrate the retirement of General Manager Bob Dalpe and welcome Nathaniel Ramsby into the role.

After years of dedicated leadership, Bob leaves behind a strong legacy in Portland and countless contributions to the Laird team. His leadership, experience, and commitment have made a lasting impact on colleagues and customers alike. As Bob and his wife begin their next chapter, a new retirement adventure in Spain, we thank him for his years of service and wish them both the very best ahead.

Stepping into the General Manager role, Nathaniel Ramsby represents a true growth story within the Laird family. Following in the footsteps of his father, Lee Ramsby — known by many as “The General” — Nathan began his career in the warehouse and steadily grew in his role, most recently serving as Operations Manager.
