Tank Cleaning Technology, Inspection and Post-Clean Certification
GreenFuels, LLC uses industry patented technology for cleaning, inspecting and post-cleaning certification of fuel and other hard-to-access tanks. This is a self-contained system where a technician runs the combination camera and vacuum cleaning tube into the tank to be tested in a safe, fireproof and well proven way. Using our exc
lusive software, the technician inspects the tank from end to end, samples the existing fluids and finds tank defects and obvious contamination. He then sets about pulling that fluid/fuel through the applicable and multiple filters and “polishes” the fluids until the entire tank is cleaned and ready for final, post-cleaning fluid tests. The entire process is digitally and video recorded, and a chemistry and procedural report is generated by the software. In most common sized tanks, the process takes an average of less than 4 hours from start to finish (half of today’s industry standards).
