We are seeking a highly skilled Full-Charge Bookkeeper to join our team and manage all financial operations for a growing construction business. This is a full-time, on-site role for a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced, multi-entity environment.
Responsibilities include:
• Full-cycle bookkeeping for multiple related companies
• Managing A/P, A/R, payroll, bank reconciliations, and general ledger
• Job costing, project financial tracking, and expense allocation
• Preparing monthly financial statements and customized reports
• Coordinating with CPA for quarterly and year-end tax preparation
• Maintaining organized financial records across all entities
• Ensuring compliance with company policies and industry standards
• Implementing best practices for process efficiency and accuracy
Qualifications:
• 3+ years of full-charge bookkeeping experience (construction industry preferred)
• Experience managing finances for multiple entities
• Strong understanding of GAAP and construction accounting principles
• Proficiency with accounting software (QuickBooks Online)
• Exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
• Strong communication skills and problem-solving abilities
