We are seeking a motivated and organized Office Assistant to join our dynamic team at RWS Construction, LLC. The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to ensure the smooth operation of our office and assist in various tasks related to construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
Answer and direct phone calls, take messages, and respond to inquiries.
Maintain and organize office files, documents, and records.
Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating meetings.
Prepare and distribute correspondence, reports, estimates and invoices.
Support project managers with administrative tasks related to ongoing construction projects.
Manage office supplies and equipment inventory.

We poured out some of the broom finish concrete today. Tomorrow we will be doing the following stamped concrete areas. Borders, entry ways, fire pit and patio. Stay tuned more to come. This is another one of our joint projects with ACR Construction. Thank you guys for working so hard on this project.
