We are seeking a driven Field Project Engineer to support industrial concrete projects nationwide. This role serves as the critical link between project design, management, and field ex*****on.

If you’re someone who thrives on job sites, enjoys coordinating moving pieces, and wants hands-on experience in heavy civil concrete construction, this could be the opportunity for you.

What You’ll Do:
• Manage RFIs, submittals & project documentation
• Support scheduling, cost tracking & billing documentation
• Assist with field coordination, procurement & production tracking
• Ensure quality compliance & safety standards on active job sites

What We’re Looking For:
• 1–3 years of civil/concrete construction experience (internships count!)
• Ability to read & interpret construction drawings
• Willingness to travel nationwide, starting with a 1-year assignment in West Texas & transitioning to other project sites thereafter
• Bachelor’s in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred
