Last week, two very special employees decided it was time to retire: Tim Whittier and Barb Farenga.

Tim was a Machinist on first shift and had been part of the Therm family since 1985. Living right here in the neighborhood, Tim became more than just an employee, he truly became part of the fabric of this place. After more than 40 years with us, his retirement marks the end of an incredible chapter.

Barb was a second shift Inspector who joined us in 2015. Her gentle nature and dependability were always appreciated by everyone who had the pleasure of working with her.

Tim and Barb, thank you for the many years you gave to Therm and for being such an important part of our work family.

Have a wonderful retirement! Don’t be strangers. Come back and see us. Most of all, enjoy every minute of this next chapter! 🎉

Our hearts are heavy, but we are so grateful to have had Robert R. Sprole, II in our lives. His kindness, generosity, and wonderful sense of humor touched so many of us. We feel incredibly lucky to have known him and to have shared so many memories with him.

Rest in peace, dear friend. You will be deeply missed and never forgotten. 💙🧡

This past weekend, we celebrated our annual company picnic! It was a beautiful day filled with fun, laughter, and great company. ☀️🎉

A big thank you to Bob Sprole III for providing us with this wonderful day, and to Valerie Daugherty and her band of volunteers for all of their hard work in making it such a success. We truly appreciate everything you have done to make this event so special!

We hope everyone had a great time. See you next year on August 21, 2027!

Congratulations Rodney Ross on 25 incredible years at Therm, Incorporated. Your hard work, dedication and commitment over the years are truly appreciated. Rodney worked his way up through the company and now serves as Plant Manager. He is a great example of what dedication and effort can accomplish!

This week, we celebrate our dear friend, Julie Crawford, on her retirement after nearly 29 years of dedicated service.

Julie spent many years in Final Inspection with her friends, Bette and Jim, where her attention to detail helped ensure every part leaving our plant met the highest standards. The next time you fly, you can thank Julie's keen eye for helping keep those aircraft safe and reliable.

Julie made the long drive from Pennsylvania and was here on time every single day. That is a true testament to her commitment and work ethic. She is also part of a proud legacy, with several members of her family having worked here over the years.

Julie, your dedication, friendship and contributions have left a lasting mark on all of us. While we'll miss you more than words can say, we're so happy you're beginning a well earned, more relaxing life.

Congratulations on your retirement, Julie! Thank you for everything. We love you and will miss you dearly! 💙🧡
