This one started with a leak behind the shower… and turned into a full tear-out.

What we found:
✔️ Saturated subfloor
✔️ Mold growth spreading into hallway + closet
✔️ Flooring completely compromised
✔️ Damage well beyond what you could see on the surface

By the time it shows up outside the shower, it’s already been working underneath for a while.

We tore down the old structure and expanded the footprint by adding onto the existing concrete slab to create a larger, more functional space built to last.

Turned out sharp — tons of lighting, clean interior finish, and plenty of room for parking, storage, or a full workshop setup.

Starting the new year right?
Kuhlman Construction LLC is looking to add one quality-focused, self-motivated worker to our current 2-person team for bathroom & kitchen renovations, remodels, and new construction.

Quality is our top priority. We’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work—not someone rushing through tasks.

Must be able to:
• Show up on time, every day
• Work without constant supervision
• Complete tasks correctly the first time
• Maintain high-quality workmanship and pace

Work includes:
• Bathroom & kitchen renovations
• Remodels & new construction
• Doors & windows
• Framing, siding, drywall

Requirements:
• Valid driver’s license REQUIRED
• Construction experience preferred
• Physically able to work full days

Pay: $18–$30/hr

Benefits:
• Paid weekly
• Performance bonuses
• Raises based on quality, skill, and reliability
• Steady, local work

• Paid trial day required — performance determines pay rate within $18–$30/hr
