National Maintenance and Build Out Company handles commercial remodeling and building maintenance for a number of Fortune 500 clients, handling locations in Eastern Pennsylvania, New Jersey, as well as some locations in Maryland and Delaware. We are rapidly expanding, as our reputation for excellent and timely work brings us new clients, and we're looking to bring on driven and hardworking individuals to keep up with our growing demand.

We are looking for a Welder/ Fabricator to join our team.

Travel is required with this position during the work week.

Requirements:
Ability to read blue prints
Knowledge to read blue prints and lay out structural steel per plans
Stick weld vertically. Preferably Certified on D1.1 on AWS Scale
Grind, Cut, Drill Holes
Ability to run tools
Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
Valid Driver's License
Detail - Orientation
Self- Motivation
Ability to give clear, concise instructions to others
Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
Ability to communicate effectively with commercial personnel
Ability to pass pre-employment Medical Screening necessary for operating company vehicles and machinery.
