Construction Operations & Field Lead

We are a fast-growing residential real estate development firm hiring a hands-on Field Lead to manage day-to-day operations for our residential rehabilitation pipeline. You will serve as the primary boots on the ground, directing sub-contractors and ensuring projects hit deadlines without compromising quality.

Key Responsibilities
Site Leadership: Open, secure, and maintain tight, organized job sites daily.

Trade Management: Schedule, direct, and audit specialized sub-contractors (framing, mechanicals, drywall, finishes).

Logistics: Verify material deliveries and handle strategic supplier runs to keep workflows moving.

Digital Tracking: Upload daily progress photos and brief status updates to a shared project drive by 4:30 PM daily.

Qualifications
* 3–5+ years in residential remodeling or general contracting, with experience managing sub-contractors.
* Full blueprint literacy and a strong understanding of residential building systems.
* Tech-literate and comfortable using smartphone apps and cloud storage for daily reporting.
* Reliable truck/utility vehicle, valid driver's license, and professional tools.

Schedule & Pay
* Full-Time (Monday – Friday, 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM).
* Competitive base pay + performance-based project completion bonuses.

Progress is moving fast on our facade revitalization project for the Main Street association in Woodville, Mississippi! The transformation of these historic storefronts is really starting to take shape.

Fresh Overhead Details: As shown in, the crew has been hard at work framing and installing the gorgeous tongue-and-groove natural wood ceilings.

Modern Lighting: You can see a great perspective in image.png and image_5.png of how the new flush-mount lighting completely brightens up the long historic walkway, perfectly balancing modern functionality with classic Southern charm.

Crisp Finishes: The updated black metal safety railings and upper deck balusters add a clean, sharp contrast to the rustic wooden columns and concrete steps.

A huge shoutout to the team for the hard work on-site, and to the Woodville community for welcoming us as we restore character and structural integrity to this beautiful block. More updates to come as we move closer to completion!

The Best Part of Being a General Contractor? Getting Out of the Office.
As a general contractor, a lot of my time is spent managing moving parts—navigating government contracts, coordinating specialized trades, and ensuring complex projects stay on track from behind a desk.
But every now and then, a project comes along that allows us to self-perform.
When it comes to smaller-scope demolition work, there is nothing better than:
Getting out of the office and onto the job site.
Operating the equipment and running the tools ourselves.
Swapping the shirt and tie for a hard hat to get our hands dirty.
Managing the big picture is essential, but staying connected to the actual grit of the trade keeps us sharp, grounded, and reminded of why we fell in love with construction in the first place.
