This primary suite balances architectural grandeur with understated simplicity. Warm wood tones, natural stone, and expansive glass come together to create a private retreat defined by light, texture, and thoughtful architectural detail.

Sunset Summit Retreat.

Clean architectural lines meet warm, natural materials in this contemporary mountain home. A two-sided fireplace connects the great room and dining area, while Cristallo waterfall countertops bring a sculptural element to the kitchen. Rich textures, contrasting finishes, and thoughtfully executed details define the interiors, with sweeping views of the surrounding landscape providing a striking backdrop.

The best gatherings rarely stay in one room. Here, they don’t have to.

The kitchen and living areas flow together and open directly onto the outdoor entertaining spaces beyond. Expansive glass blurs the line between indoors and out, while radiant-heated floors keep every space comfortable.

Twin oversized islands, oak and metal cabinetry, and wide-plank oak floors anchor the kitchen. A warm paneled ceiling with exposed trusses, stone hearth, and thoughtful transitions between spaces bring a sense of intimacy to a home built on an extraordinary scale.

From the kitchen to the fireside and everywhere in between, there’s room for it all. A space designed and built to entertain.

Project Completion | Built to be Remembered

Three years in the making and now complete. Perched at 8,600 feet, this 20,286-square-foot custom residence is set into the mountainside, with ski-in/ski-out access and sweeping panoramic views.

Zoom out, and the ambition of this build comes into focus. Three levels worked into a demanding slope. Long rooflines stretching through the pines, carried by 39 massive glulam beams that open up expansive gathering spaces below. Stone, timber, and glass come together in a home made for entertaining, connecting, and taking in the outdoors.

It’s one thing to envision a home of this scale but it takes a small village to get to the finish line. Building where the mountain sets the rules takes grit, precision, and patience.

A room built for the long game. Soaring 22-foot stone walls catch the light, glulam structural beams stretch overhead beneath a cedar shiplap ceiling, and a blackened steel hearth keeps the fire going long after the last match.

The most important parts of our builds rarely make the final photographs.

What defines our legacy can’t easily be captured in words or pictures. What you see is only the surface. The real story lives behind the scenes: the puzzles we solved together behind closed doors, the crews who show up every day, the line held straight, the finish revisited until it’s right.

The early mornings. The difficult terrain. The long nights and the pours no camera ever catches. It’s the work you don’t always see, but it’s in everything we build.

For 25 years, Signature has been shaped by people who take pride in that process. Because exceptional outcomes aren’t just found in the finished work. They’re built into every step along the way.

Some stories are written. Ours has been built.

25 years of places as distinctive as the visions behind them. From mountain residences and resorts to projects that serve our communities, each reflects the trust of our clients, the strength of our partnerships, and a commitment to doing things right.

Together, they tell the story of where we’ve been, what we’ve built, and the foundation for what’s next.

Masonry plays a defining role throughout the residences we build, bringing together natural stone, timeless technique, and uncompromising craftsmanship in every wall, facade, and detail.

The craftsmanship behind the work makes the masonry part of the architecture, rather than simply a finish. It's not applied to the house, it's built into it.
