We’ve been getting a lot of questions about the recent ruling in Texas with Silencer Shop and if we are changing how we are transferring suppressors.

will be continuing to send suppressors to dealers with a FFL and a SOT by transferring them via form 3. The law hasn’t changed, there’s just an injunction for those involved in the lawsuit. Until the ATF tells us otherwise, everything will be sent just as it has been.
