🌟The Sparks Holiday Open House & Bazaar🌟

December 5th from 11:00 to 6:00

We are looking for 🎨Artists, crafters and 🍪sweets/treats vendors. All with the opportunity to 💲ell your products.

The 2nd annual Jackson's Best Sweets Competition will be held. Watch social media for more information.

We are seeking 🎶Choirs and 🎄Holiday themed bands and musicians to perform throughout the building.

The event is being held at the historic Commercial Exchange Building at 2301 E Michigan Ave.

We will require a $25 deposit for vendors and artists, which will be fully refunded to you at the conclusion of the event. Vendors will be determined by the planning committee.

Saturday was our annual Summer open house and it was a lovely chance for the community at large to see the many businesses, artists, and creators based here. We are gearing up for what should be a fantastic day!
The Sparks Building, also known as The Commercial Exchange, has been the home of industrial innovation in Jackson for over 100 years! And now it has found new life as a home for growing small business, artists, and makers. On June 20th we are celebrating our second annual Summer Open House and we invite you to come down and see history in the making. Tour the building, check out the businesses that call The Sparks home, grab some food, listen to live music in the courtyard and much more. There is so much to check out, all at no cost. 📸 STUDIO RENTAL SPECIAL

Studio at the Sparks

Due to a last-minute cancellation, we’ve opened Saturday, March 21 for studio rentals.

This is studio space rental for photographers and content creators.
We are not booking models or photo sessions for this promotion.

🔥 Introductory Rental Rate

$50 per hour (first 2 hours)
$70 per hour after

⏰ Sessions start at 9:00 AM
⏰ Last session begins at 7:00 PM

Studio Features

• Over 2,500 sq ft shooting space
• Multiple themed sets including:
• The Iron Hearth
• Crimson Lounge
• The Heritage Room
• Redline Diner
• Lighting equipment available
• Maximum 10 people per session

Photographer Verification

To maintain a professional studio environment, photographers must provide a website or social media page for verification prior to booking.

Payment Policy

• $100 non-refundable deposit required to reserve your time
• Remaining balance due before your session begins
