Proud to share that Kyle Crum, president of Infinity EDM & Machining, has been re-elected to another term on the board of directors of the Wisconsin Technology Council.

The Council is the state's independent, nonprofit advisor to the Governor and Legislature on growing Wisconsin's tech-based economy. Kyle has used his seat to keep manufacturing part of that conversation — a reminder that the shop floor is technology too.

"At its core, manufacturing is people and technology coming together to solve problems and make our lives better," Kyle said. "That's the perspective I bring to the Council, and I'm glad to keep serving alongside a board that's working to grow Wisconsin's innovation economy."

Waiting for a crane doesn't show up on a router. It shows up in a lead time.

We had the overhead capacity. What we didn't always have was "available" capacity, right when the work needed it. Our people pointed that out. We bought a portable jib crane.

Small fix. It's the small ones that decide whether a shop hits a date.
