We are proud to show the final photos of the gorgeous modern southern home in Fernandina Beach! These homeowners were absolute pleasure to build for. And they are excited to move to NE Florida from South Florida after a much anticipated retirement. Some of our favorite features in the home include:
- Linear electric fireplace with TV nook above in living room
- Gold and fluted glass pocket doors and built-in bookshelves in office
- Waterfall kitchen island
- Accordion glass door to back patio off dining room
- Mudroom with hidden kitty litter box cabinet
- Master bedroom with private balcony
- Master bathroom with walk in shower, custom platform with free standing tub, and separate vanities
- Expansive porches on the front and back ready for rocking chairs and sweet tea

Employee of the month is project manager, Earle Hulett. Earle enjoys spending time with his wife, Belinda, and his two sons Elija and Caleb. As well as serving the youth group at his church, fishing, and staying on job sites until 8pm to finish stairs on a Friday night! We are very lucky to have Earle in our company and excited to watch him grow

We are over the moon excited to see all of the finishes coming together in this BEAUTIFUL home in Fernandina Beach! These homeowners are going to be in heaven relaxing in their bath surrounded by the night sky with those wrap around windows. And sipping tea while rocking on their rocking chairs on their huge porches with custom Chippendale porch railing. We will post a full tour when this one is finished up in October!

Happy first day of school to all of our sweet Duval County kids!! Layla is the owner, Sunny’s, daughter and is starting 2nd grade at Atlantic Beach Elementary this year (where Sunny is the proud PTA President). Sunny also has Dylan who is starting his senior year at high school and is too cool for first day of photos. 😎 Drop a photo of your first day of school in the comments below!
