Built to sit right overlooking the landscape. The way it connects to the existing structure makes it feel like it’s always been there.

The back views overlook the pool and frame the golf course, and from the front you catch the boulevard and the ocean beyond. It feels less like an addition and more like it was always meant to be there.

That’s what happens when you work with an in-house architect and design team. Every detail is considered from the start, the process stays seamless, and the result is a space that’s built around how you actually live in it.

This pool and kitchen renovation took what was already there and elevated every inch of it. Adding a screen over the pool that still keeps the views wide open. Fully integrated outdoor kitchen. Fire pit lounge designed for every season.

We had the privilege of transforming this grand foyer and living room into something truly special.

The goal was simple: create a space that feels as beautiful as it is livable, and let that incredible oceanfront view take center stage.

From the sweeping custom staircase to the soaring two-story entry, every choice was intentional. Our team poured care into the details, making sure the design enhanced the home’s natural beauty rather than competing with it.
