How We Build Matters.

A look at the progress on GTE Financial’s new Palms branch here in Jacksonville.

The space is starting to take shape, and we’re excited to share a walkthrough of what our team has been working on.

There’s a lot of work behind every detail. Grateful for our team and trade partners who keep things moving, and for GTE Financial trusting Creo to bring this project to life.

Our Rebound Rehabilitation physical therapy clinic project is taking shape!

In just five months, our team has:

• Demolished an existing building
• Completely reworked the site and installed new underground storm drainage
• Installed a private lift station and completed a horizontal directional drill beneath an FDOT roadway to connect to the JEA force main
• Gone vertical on the new clinic

We accomplished it all while keeping the existing chiropractic clinic at the front of the property open and operational.

Framing is taking shape at our GTE Financial Palms Branch project in Jacksonville.

With the walls going up, the layout is coming to life and we’re moving into the next stages of the buildout.

Being selected to build two projects for GTE Financial is something we don’t take lightly. We’re grateful for the trust they’ve placed in our team and excited to continue bringing both projects to life.

Thank you to Jacksonville Daily Record for featuring the project.

The Tampa-based institution is investing at least $1.75 million to build out each location, both leased from Ash Properties.

Another milestone complete.

Demo is officially finished at GTE Financial – Intracoastal Plaza Branch, and we’re one step closer to delivering another great branch for GTE Financial here in Jacksonville.

We’re incredibly grateful for the opportunity to build two branch projects simultaneously for GTE Financial. Thank you to our team, trade partners, and the GTE team for the trust, collaboration, and commitment that’s driving both projects forward.

We’re excited for what’s next.

Progress is moving right along at our Rebound Rehabilitation project in Jacksonville.

We’ve officially completed framing and are now moving into MEP rough-ins while our site team continues pushing forward with the full site package.

A big thank you to our clients, design partners, and trade partners for helping keep this project moving. Looking forward to sharing more updates as we continue toward the finish line.
