Grey Kole Construction is looking for a reliable, hardworking Groundskeeper to help maintain and care for a 7-acre property. This is more than just a job — we’re looking for someone who takes pride in their work and treats the land like their own.

What You’ll Be Responsible For:
• Mowing, edging, and maintaining all lawn areas
• W**d control and general landscape upkeep
• Trimming trees, shrubs, and hedges
• Maintaining walkways, driveways, and outdoor spaces
• Operating equipment (mowers, trimmers, blowers, etc.)
• Seasonal clean-up and property improvements

What We’re Looking For:
• Dependable and self-motivated
• Experience with land/property maintenance preferred
• Comfortable working outdoors in all conditions
• Attention to detail and pride in your work
• Ability to manage time and tasks independently
