Another major remodel complete—and another set of thrilled homeowners! I loved bringing this vision to life, especially with the thoughtful design selections by the homeowner throughout the project.
This transformation truly opened up the space, eliminating the dated sunken floor and created a seamless, modern flow. We replaced the old fireplace with a cozy, updated focal point, added a new bedroom and walk-in pantry, and completely redesigned the kitchen for a more functional, open layout.
To top it off, the master bathroom was fully reimagined into a bright, open, and inviting retreat. A total transformation from start to finish!

The bones of our latest Custom Build at our Rivers Edge project are starting to come together. Framing is one of my absolute favorite parts of building because it’s where you get your first look at what bringing a dream to life actually looks like.

House Bill 267 was passed on May 16th. This is a big win for the building industry. Waiting months for a permit to be issued has been a pain point for many custom home builders such as myself as well as other trades. This bill will greatly decrease the amount of time it takes for counties to both review and approve permits.

These Dutch Doors from made a fantastic addition to this home and helped in creating this unique indoor outdoor experience that the homeowner wanted to achieve and I am loving how they turned out.
