Auld & White Constructors is excited to serve as the general contractor for the build-out of the new Club JAX, a modern lounge and a part of the airport's Concourse B expansion. This project will help elevate the travel experience for passengers while supporting the continued growth of Northeast Florida's aviation infrastructure.

The lounge closed in 2024 and is expected to reopen in 2027 as part of the Concourse B project.

Yesterday, members of spent the afternoon alongside Sulzbacher, preparing and serving meals to members of our local community experiencing homelessness.

We’re grateful for the opportunity to give back alongside an organization that makes such a meaningful impact in our community every day.

Yesterday, Auld & White Constructors was honored to join Cornerstone Classical Academy Jacksonville FL at Wildlight for the groundbreaking of their future campus. This exciting milestone marks the beginning of a project that will provide students with a place to learn, grow and thrive for generations to come.

Earlier this month, Auld & White Constructors wrapped up our Healthcare Construction Mentorship Program in partnership with City of Jacksonville, Florida - Government's JSEB, Small Business Development Center at UNF, and Baptist Health Jacksonville.

This program provided valuable industry knowledge, built meaningful connections, and helped participants strengthen their businesses for future opportunities in healthcare construction.

Thank you to our partners, speakers, and everyone who participated in this year's program. We look forward to next year's mentorship program and will continue to support the growth and success of local subcontractors and small businesses.

AWC is proud to partner with Sulzbacher on a project that will expand access to healthcare, workforce training, and culinary education for individuals experiencing homelessness.
