‼️📣 1st Impressions Racing to Field Chad Cose 49 and James Ott Racing on Husqvarna Motorcycles in 2023

1st Impressions Racing is proud to announce its plans to field Chad Cose and James Ott on Husqvarna FC 450 motorcycles in the Parts Unlimited AFT Singles presented by KICKER class for the 2023 Progressive American Flat Track season.

The team has also signed two-time Mission Foods Production Twins champion Cory Texter Racing to oversee the revamped program as the Team Manager, while Paul Ott will serve as Crew Chief and Ashley Kruppenbacker as Lead Mechanic.

Its been awhile since weve posted anything - Check out a recent project we completed - We gave this property an overdue facelift with an exterior color change at Aspire Gateway in Pinellas Park FL!
This job took our teams 60 days to prep and complete 19 total buildings including Garages, perimiter walls, and amenities centers! Great Job team!

Its Meet the Team TUESDAY!!!!!

Today's feature is one of our greatest assets, our very own ray of sunshine and Office Manager, Lauren Clark.

A jack of all trades and master multitasker, Lauren communicates effective and efficiently while building positive, lasting relationships between our CEO Eric, CFO Laura, our operations directors, project managers, property supervisors, maintenance, subcontractors, and ground technicians! Odds are if you have emailed/called our office, she is the one with whom you are communicating!

Lauren started with the team August 2020, and since, has brought her high team spirit and leadership skills to the help facilitate our operations to run more proficiently while upholding one of the highest levels of professionalism we have seen.

We are thrilled to have her as a loyal team member and look forward to MANY years together!

Meet the team Tuesday!

Here we have TJ, our Vice President of Operations. And Sandriana, our Director of Operations!

Together these two communicate between our President, Eric Hoyt, our home office, property managers, maintenance supervisors, subcontractors, and our ground team (let’s not forget to mention being separated by half the country) They keep our operations running smoothly and often work around the clock, flying around the country, to ensure our projects success!

These two are the unsung heroes to our operations and without these two power houses this company would not be where it is today!

We were so busy soaking up family time that we forgot to make a thanksgiving post! - Better late than never!

We hope that everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday; full of love, laughter and lots of new memories made.

Before thanksgiving we took our Jacksonville team to lunch at Culhanes Irish Pub - A local spot here in Jax.
- Our team is the backbone of our companies, and without this work family, we would not be where we are today! So to our team, THANK YOU, for always giving 100%, choosing to be apart of our family and helping us continue to grow!
