Placed a small order online yesterday. Got the confirmation and it said I could expect deliver in a little over a month. Tried to cancel the order and was told I couldn't because it was being shipped from China. This was from Cozy Zone, one of Amazon's suppliers so I called Amazon. Less than a minute later I had an automated call back. Just as I was about to be a bit miffed about that a nice young man that said his name was Andy was on the line to help. It was a bit difficult to follow his accent, but he very professionally and politely took care of the problem to my satisfaction. Actually it was well beyond what I had expected. Amazing.
