A night to celebrate the next generation of industry leaders! 🎓

Legacy Engineering was proud to support the NEFBA Emerging Leaders Program graduation—and especially proud to celebrate one of our own, Joseph Aganon! Seeing our team members grow and reach new milestones makes evenings like this even more meaningful.

Congratulations to Joseph and the entire 2026 class on your hard work and commitment to growing as leaders in Northeast Florida’s building and development industry!

The evening also featured opening remarks from our president, John Ellis III. We’re grateful to be part of a community that invests in its rising talent and the future of our industry.

Last week, Madison and Rose represented Legacy Engineering at the University of North Florida and University of Central Florida career fairs! 💙

These events are a great opportunity to connect with students, hear about their career goals, and introduce them to the work we do across engineering, inspections, construction materials testing, and drilling.

At Legacy, we know how valuable hands-on experience and mentorship can be when starting a career. We’re proud to help students explore how their education can translate into meaningful work and a future in our industry.

Thank you to UNF and UCF for bringing students and employers together—and to everyone who stopped by to meet Madison and Rose. We look forward to staying connected!
