Whether the job is fast track or traditional, the company responds quickly with personalized service and utilizing the industry’s latest software that connects employees and information in the company’s administration, project management, and fabricating facilities. More than 70 skilled, experienced employees work within the 170,000 square foot Allstate Steel facility to produce in excess of 15,000 tons of structural steel annually. The production line at Allstate Steel is streamlined to schedule and fulfill orders in the most efficient manner possible. We are located close to two major interstates for easy transport of materials. Raw material is sent to one of two computerized hem saws and is fed to the automated drill and punch lines. The product then goes to either the main shop for fabrication of large structural shapes and trusses, or to the medium-weight bay for fabrication of columns and beams. In addition, there is a miscellaneous shop for fabrication of stairs and handrails. After cleaning by the Wheelabrator, the product is sent to the paint bay for finishing where capabilities include three-coat paint systems.
