🏡🍾 BEST FRIEND + NEW HOUSE + CLOSING DAY = CHAMPAGNE REQUIRED. 🥂

My beautiful best friend - inside and out - just CLOSED on her new home!! ❤️🏡 And getting to be her Realtor through it all made this one extra special.

This home was For Sale By Owner, and I hear it all the time: “If there’s no listing agent, do I really need a Realtor?”

Welllll… unless you enjoy negotiating contracts, coordinating inspections, chasing appraisals, navigating financing, reviewing deadlines, solving random problems that pop up at the worst possible moment, and making sure you’re actually getting a good deal… 😏

There are A LOT of moving parts behind those cute little “SOLD” photos.

And in this case? My buyer - who just happens to be my bestie - walked away with a FABULOUS deal on a home she loves. 🙌

The best part? I got to protect her interests, negotiate on her behalf, keep all those moving pieces moving, and then celebrate when the keys finally landed in her hands. 🔑❤️

And because apparently being best friends wasn't enough… she bought a house just down the street from me in Bay Pines. 😂🏡

So now she's officially my best friend AND neighbor.

She moved from Tampa, crossed the bridge, and joined me on this side of the Bay - dangerously close to Mad Beach, the water, and me showing up at her house with wine. 🍷🌴😂
