TOPPING OUT: Congratulations to the team at SkyTown on reaching the topping out milestone! The team celebrated with a lunch and prize raffle for everyone on site to recognize the hard work and dedication that made this achievement possible.

Thank you to our client team, industry partners, and everyone who contributed raffle prizes and joined us in celebrating this exciting milestone.

SkyTown is a mixed-use, mixed-income development that will bring a true live-work-play experience to the Skyway Marina District in St. Petersburg. Summit is building the multifamily phases of the development, the first of which will include 401 apartment homes and five retail spaces. As the centerpiece of the larger master development, Sprouts opened in November 2025.

: The Flats and Villas at Stone Hogan are taking shape! This multifamily community is under construction in Atlanta and will feature two co-located developments, bringing affordable housing units to Fulton County.

🔹The Flats at Stone Hogan, a 256-unit multi-family community targeting families with children

Both communities will offer innovative wraparound services focusing on the education, social and emotional wellbeing of its residents.

PROJECT UPDATE: Exterior finishes are underway at The Airedale, a 348-unit luxury multifamily project in Charlotte, NC.

This community will feature upscale one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartment homes with high-end finishes, smart home tech, and private balconies.

Residents will enjoy resort-style amenities, including a sprawling clubhouse, pool with cabanas, coworking spaces, a fitness center with outdoor workout lawn, a pet spa and park, and much more.
