Shiva robotics academy is an educational institut​ion that teaches students about Science, Technology, Engineering and Mathematics through various hands-on activities. Students from pre-school through high school learn to design, build and program LEGO robots. Students get a functional robot ready at the end of every session. Students learn about drones, 3D printing, bridge engineering, robotic a

rms, spirographs, animatronics, humanoid, coding and designing video games. Students work in teams and get prepared for competitive robotic tournaments. Our alumni robotics teams have competed and won in regional, state and inter-national robotics tournaments. We conduct corporate team building activities, workshops and field trips. We offer both onsite and virtual classes.

The best part of a SOLD sign? Seeing what comes next.

It was great to be back at 6100 Greenland Rd, Suite 404, for the grand opening and ribbon-cutting of Champion Robotics Academy, after recently helping with the sale of the office condo.

A huge congratulations to Kalai Sankar and her team. Seeing Kalai cut the ribbon surrounded by the students made this a pretty special full-circle moment.

And the students absolutely stole the show.

Watching them demonstrate robotics, technology, teamwork, and hands-on problem-solving was seriously impressive. You could see the confidence, curiosity, and excitement in the room — and they're being exposed to skills and ideas that can open some very big doors in the future.

This is one of the things I appreciate most about commercial real estate. A closing may finish the transaction, but sometimes it's really just the beginning of what happens inside the space.

Congratulations to Kalai, the Champion Robotics Academy team, the students, and everyone who helped make the grand opening a success.

YESSSS!!! 🎉🤖🫧💛 What a day!!! We did more than a thing or two - Champion Robotics Academy officially opened its doors today!
And what a perfect setting - well-wishers all around, bubbles floating everywhere, laughter, good cheer, kids, families, and robots of every kind! 🤖🫧✨
That feeling of “we actually did it” after watching something go from an idea → prototype → iterations → years of building → a real franchise model… that’s a pretty special Saturday. 💛
Today, we all get to feel FULFILLED. PROUD. HAPPY. 🥹🏆
YAYYYYYYYYY!!! 🥳🥳🥳
