3 Story that I did at 1ST STREET NORTH JAX BEACH. This was 2 story, off grade, old beach house. We tore out the 1st floor and poured a concrete slab under it while supporting the 2nd floor w/beams. Brian Kelly the owner stayed upstairs as long as he could. He talked often about the north eastern winds moving the house while trying to get the slab done. After framing this monster I talked him into a w/hidden fasteners, and handrail. Lot of salt in the air so he needed something that was going to last and he got a warranty for 25years no fad no stain. I told him that invented composite decking and was the industry-leading company with very competitive pricing. Beautiful deck!!!!!
