🚧 We’re Going Vertical in St. Augustine! 🏗️

Exciting progress is underway as red iron steel rises on our newest project—an 18,000 sq. ft. commercial facility located in beautiful St. Augustine, FL.

There’s nothing like the moment when steel starts going up—it marks the transition from groundwork to growth, and it’s where vision starts becoming reality.

Excited to share that we’re in the final stages of our latest project with the University of North Florida – upgrading their student housing facility and pool area!

Even the family of ducks felt this Florida humidity!

It’s been a privilege to work alongside UNF as a true partner, helping bring new life to a space that will serve students for years to come. From early planning to now installing landscape and pavers, this project has been a great example of collaboration, attention to detail, and delivering on a shared vision.

Founded in 2018 by Jessie Ladson, Ladson Construction is a growing general contractor with an exceptional background in both commercial and residential construction. Jessie believes in taking ownership and pride in all projects and values the importance of transparency and trust as it is the key to a successful project.
