What a fantastic way to start the morning! ☀️

I had the pleasure of attending this morning’s NEFBA - Northeast Florida Builders Association meeting, featuring special guest Jacksonville Sheriff T.K. Waters!

Sheriff Waters delivered an excellent and informative presentation, sharing important updates on crime in our community, the positive initiatives underway at the Jacksonville Sheriff’s Office, and the continued efforts being made to keep Jacksonville a safer place to live, work, and do business.

It was encouraging to hear about the progress being made and the dedication behind these efforts.

A big thank you to Sheriff T.K. Waters for taking the time to engage with our business community and to NEFBA for organizing another outstanding event!

I’m always grateful for opportunities to stay informed, build meaningful connections, and be involved in conversations that help shape the future of Northeast Florida.

What a wonderful afternoon spent with CREW Jacksonville at The River Club-34th Floor

Today’s candid conversations on Jacksonville CRE, featured Christian Harden, CEO of NAI Hallmark and what an incredible opportunity it was to hear his perspective on Jacksonville’s evolving commercial real estate market!

It was inspiring to hear from a respected industry leader and gain valuable insight into the opportunities, growth, and future of commercial real estate in our community.

One of the things I love most about being a member of CREW Jax is the opportunity to surround myself with talented, driven professionals who are passionate about making a difference in our industry. The conversations, connections, and relationships built through this organization are truly invaluable!

A huge thank you to Christian Harden for sharing his time and expertise, and to CREW Jacksonville for continuing to bring together such an amazing group of professionals!

Proud to be part of CREW Jax and excited to continue growing, learning, and building meaningful relationships within our commercial real estate community! 💙

🎉💙 Happy Boss’s Day to Two Incredible Leaders! 💙🎉

Today, we're celebrating two very special people here at BEMAR Construction — Mario Mendez Sr. and Mario Mendez Jr.!

Thank you both for leading with heart, genuinely listening to your employees, and creating a workplace where everyone feels valued, supported, and appreciated.

What makes BEMAR so special isn't just the work we do, but the family atmosphere you've created. It's a place where we enjoy coming to work, where our voices matter, and where we're encouraged to learn, grow, and succeed together.

Great bosses lead a company, but exceptional bosses build a family. ❤️

We are truly grateful for your leadership, kindness, and everything you do for our BEMAR family.

Happy Boss’s Day, Mario Sr. and Mario Jr.! We appreciate you both more than you know! 🥳💙
