Team JAS, Inc. is looking for a Shipping & Receiving Clerk to join our team. The Shipping & Receiving Clerk will perform order fulfillment, packaging, receiving, and shipment duties of boxes and materials. Duties include: Receiving purchase orders, organizing inventory for easy retrieval as new orders come in, reviewing incoming and outgoing shipment schedules to maintain productive operations, documenting damages to inventory, and ensuring the accuracy of packaging products.

The ideal candidate has experience working in an environment that can be cold and hot during different seasons. This person will need to be able to work safely and quickly, standing for long periods while fulfilling orders.

Requirements:

A high school diploma or equivalent is required
Prior experience working with inventory control systems is preferred
Prior knowledge of warehouse paperwork and experience counting inventory and orders is preferred
Knowledge of and familiarity with any warehouse management system is a plus
Forklift certified or able to become forklift certified

We’re Hiring: Quality Technician Level 1

Team JAS, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Quality Technician Level 1 to support the inspection and quality of products ordered, received, manufactured, stored, packaged, and sold.

This role includes performing inspections using engineering drawings, technical specifications, work instructions, inspection plans, and related documentation. The Quality Technician Level 1 will also support first article and conformity inspections, verify functional operation as needed, maintain accurate documentation, and help ensure acceptable materials flow efficiently to support production and customer delivery.

Required Qualifications:

High school degree or GED
Eye exam
One year of quality inspection experience or two years of aerospace manufacturing experience
Basic math and computer skills
Basic understanding of engineering drawings and technical specifications
Ability to use standard measuring tools and inspection equipment

Experience in aviation, aerospace, or manufacturing quality inspection is preferred.
