Job Posting – Waterproofer/Caulker

About
River City Waterproofing is a subcontractor waterproofing company based out of Jacksonville, FL.

Qualifications and Requirements
• NO HIGH SCHOOL OR COLLEGE DEGREE REQUIRED
• Valid Driver’s license required
• Able to lift up to 80 lbs.
• Able to climb ladders, work on lifts, and work at varying heights
• Able to work outside in variety of weather conditions
• Adhere to all OSHA-required safety protocols on the job
• Typical work schedule (subject to change as needed): Monday – Friday, 7 AM – 3:30 PM
• Able to work overtime and weekends when needed
• Willing to travel and stay overnight in neighboring cities for jobs (as needed)

Pay and Benefits
• Pay is negotiable/based off experience and willingness to learn and further skills
• Weekly Payroll
• Paid Time Off (1 week’s paid vacation after 1 year of employment)
• Paid Holidays

Job Purpose
General Laborers primary purpose is to assist Foremen and skilled laborers on construction sites.

Job Responsibilities
• Cleaning and preparing job sites
• Loading material on and off work vehicles
• Utilizing power tools to mix material
• Perform miscellaneous duties as assigned
