As we get further into hurricane season here in Florida, we encourage our clients to have their contractor chosen for mitigation and remediation prior to the storms.

When these storms occur, resources and labor become scarce. It is critical to have your contractor in place with a response plan and costs presented prior to the storm. By doing so you will minimize the time to perform emergency work and protect your property.

provides our clients with a detailed inspection report just minutes after finishing our assessment. It is crucial to ensure your contractor documents his findings vs flashing a few pictures and offering repair advice. We take pride in being thorough and explaining the condition of the roof/property and allowing our clients to make an informed decision. #855-ROOF-YOU #

Insurance Carriers are denying new home policies everywhere for homes with roofs over 10 years old. Many of these clients also have hail damage to their roofs. If you are selling your home, or even purchasing a new home, we highly recommend you have the roof inspected prior to getting to the closing date and losing out on the contract.

This client chose to have his roof inspected by his carrier, and they funded a replacement. The new buyer got a new roof and the seller was able to close on time without spending tens of thousands in repairs.

That’s a wrap on the AgriAutism at Peace of Heart roof. We don’t just reroof high rises, repairs are crucial in helping out our clients. This property was recently built but suffered from continued leaks. We installed a X panel of ISO to bridge the transition, then adhered modifiers roofing to seal the two roof planes together. From there, we laid fiber mesh around all roof protrusions, and then coated the entire low slope surface for one monolithic system.

No more leaks for our neighbors and favorite group of Farmers!
