We're getting close to wrapping up this project for some lovely returning clients of ours! 🏠

This job consisted of demo'ing the existing garage and then building an ~650sf addition that became a garage space, as well as a new primary bedroom & bathroom with an entry into the existing kitchen.

The new space boasts Quartz countertops, custom cabinetry, Moen plumbing fixtures, gorgeous electrical fixtures (supplied by client), and much much more with custom stained hardwood floors & beautiful bathroom wallpaper coming soon! 🤩

From 1988 to 2026 🤩

Our clients wanted a more updated guest bathroom with a tub to shower conversion, so we gave them just that!!! This bathroom renovation got all new cabinets, Quartz countertops, tile throughout, paint, electrical & plumbing fixtures, sliding glass enclosure & block window. ✨

We are wrapping this job up & hoping to have our homeowners moved in soon! 🏠

This project was a combination of a ~600sf addition and a full gut renovation.

For the addition we added a master bed & bath, enlarged the kitchen, added a designated dining space and a covered rear porch.

For the renovation we took the house down to the studs and started fresh. New roof, framing, doors & windows, drywall, paint, tile flooring, electrical & plumbing fixtures, custom cabinetry, Quartz countertops, glass enclosures, stained tongue & groove porch ceilings, and much more! ✨

Reflecting on what a great year 2025 has been to Pillar!! We've completed some amazing jobs, had some awesome customers that turned into friends, worked with some great trades, welcomed a new employee, and just hit one year in our newly renovated office/showroom!! 🎉

Check out these before & afters of our most recent full house renovation!! We demo'd a few walls to be able to expand the kitchen into the previously formal dining room, and gave the rest of the home a makeover ✨

Our client's "new" home includes a lot of upgrades such as: engineered hardwood flooring throughout, custom cabinetry, Quartz countertops, new tiled showers & floors in both bathrooms with barn door glass enclosures, zellige backsplash in the kitchen with a drywall wrapped hood, new exterior doors & all new brass handles, all new plumbing & electrical fixtures, 1x6 base with 1x4 casing and new paint throughout.

From small run down cottage to this; a beautiful garage apartment, guest room, airbnb...the possibilities are endless!

Our client came to us with the hopes to demo their existing cottage and build a garage with a full living space above it, so we went to the drawing board and came up with a design that gives them ~600sf of useable space on the second story with exterior entry.

The apartment boasts beautiful LVP flooring, custom cabinetry, Quartz countertops, frosted glass double sliding barn doors, a frameless shower enclosure and much more. With a fully functional kitchen, a living/dining room combo, a full bathroom and a bedroom...you couldn't ask for much more!

To wrap up the job, we built an outdoor kitchen that our clients can spend all of their summer days hanging around! The kitchen got split stone, outdoor waterproof cabinetry, exotic granite countertops, granite composite sink, paired with a lovely tiled backsplash.

Just in time for summer!!! 🤩

We renovated our client's beach condo cabana to give him a place to entertain with a small party, relax after a long day at the beach, or just run inside for some AC while lounging around the pool. 🌞

The cabana now boasts all new drywall & paint, custom blue cabinetry, Quartz countertops & backsplash, new plumbing and electrical fixtures & appliances, accent wall trim work, whitewashed chevron wood ceilings, wood-look plank tile and much much more!

We think the place turned out great and we hope our client makes many memories here with all of his friends & family!!! 🩵

✨BEFORE & AFTER✨

We're wrapping up a 2 phase renovation that included a few different items but we wanted to showcase the 4 bathrooms for now! 😍

The primary & 2 guest bathrooms were essentially like-for-like renovations with all new custom cabinetry , Quartz countertops, plumbing & electrical fixtures, glass enclosures, paint, etc.

The Jack & Jill was a like-for-like with the vanity space, but we swapped the shower & toilet locations to make the new shower a little bit bigger for our clients.

*glass enclosures in 2 of the bathrooms have not been installed at the time of pictures*

We will be back to show you phase 2 which also included all new flooring on the second floor, new modern stucco banding & exterior paint, and new stained stair treads, new ballusters & newel posts & a new handrail! It's coming along so beautifully!! 🩶

There are no words for how beautiful & spa-like this primary bathroom is ✨

This was an extensive project as it was a ~750sf addition which entailed the primary bedroom and bathroom including Quartz shower walls, Marble vanity tops, custom vanities, LED lighted mirrors, Kohler plumbing fixtures, a free-standing soaking tub andheated tile floors 💥

The exterior renovations are inclusive of new hardie siding & paint, windows, stained front & garage doors, metal roof, 2' ceiling raise, tongue & groove entry & porch ceilings, and much more 🤩

Our clients really honed in on bringing the coastal vibe in all their selections with some added WOW factor. We couldn't be more pleased with the finished product 💙
