Young Professionals Day at the 2026 Southeast Building Conference brought together some of the most motivated emerging leaders in the building industry, and Russell Rowland was proud to sponsor the day. But when the project is a pre-engineered metal building pavilion on the grounds of a Hindu Temple in Jacksonville, it's worth talking about. Russell Rowland collaborated with Rhodes Architecture + Engineering on the foundation design that anchors this open-air structure to the site, providing covered gathering space for the temple community. NEFBA - Northeast Florida Builders Association launched its Associates of Excellence program to recognize members who lead, engage, and show up consistently for the industry. Jackie Rowland, Parker Rowland, and Gabriel Northcut were named to the inaugural class, and anyone who knows them won't be surprised.

A 1st place SkillsUSA state finish in drafting and a 10th place national ranking in architecture drafting. Safe to say Dalton Reed arrives at Russell Rowland with his credentials already established. He joins the team as a Structural Design Intern, and by his own account, designing structural elements is the part of the work he finds most compelling.

Off the clock, he's a pickleball player, a fishing enthusiast, an Florida State University football fan, and a Luke Combs devotee with three dogs at home keeping things lively.
