Not every architecture project is designed to get noticed. Some are designed so you never have to think about them.

This roof replacement at the University of Florida Physics building is a good example.

TTV Architects, Inc. provided architectural services for the removal and replacement of the building's existing low-slope roofing and flashing systems. The project included new roofing systems with a 20-year warranty, improved roof drainage, new fall protection and anchor systems, lightning protection recertification, and safer access for maintaining rooftop equipment.

It may not be the most glamorous project on campus, but protecting the classrooms, laboratories, people, and research happening below is pretty important.

Back to school looks a little different when your classroom is in a 117-year-old historic building.

As students return for the fall semester, we're taking another look at a project we're especially proud to have designed.

Originally completed in 1909, the former Atlantic National Bank Building was once the tallest building in Florida. More than a century later, TTV Architects, Inc. designed the renovation of approximately 50,000 square feet across four floors to create the permanent home of the Jacksonville University College of Law.

The space includes classrooms, study and common areas, faculty and staff offices, meeting spaces, and a law library, all designed to support the needs of a modern law school while preserving the character of this historic building. Original steel columns, ornamental plaster ceilings, and a restored wood-paneled meeting room are just a few of the historic details incorporated into the finished space.

Congratulations to the Community First Cares Foundation on 14 years of making a difference across Northeast Florida.

TTV Architects is proud to support an organization that continues to invest in education, health, and social services for children, families, and underserved communities throughout our region.

Last year, the Foundation invested more than $223,000 back into the community through grants and donations supporting local nonprofits, schools, and families. Even more remarkable, 99% of every dollar donated goes directly back into the community.

It's organizations like Community First Cares Foundation that remind us how much can be accomplished when people come together to help their neighbors.

Thank you for everything you do to strengthen Northeast Florida.

TTV Architects recently completed a renovation for the UF Astraeus Space Institute on the University of Florida's main campus.

The project transformed existing space into a bright, modern environment that supports learning, collaboration, and research. Highlights include a new Mission Control Room, classroom, reception area, faculty offices, collaboration booths, and an updated entry lobby.

Designed with an "Atlas Lab" feel, the space combines vibrant finishes with modern technology to create an engaging environment for students, faculty, and researchers.
We're proud to have helped bring this vision to life for the University of Florida.

At TTV Architects, we believe strong communities are built in more ways than one.

We're proud to once again support the Uplift in Action Foundation and its 6th Annual Golf Tournament, taking place on Friday, August 21 at Eagle Landing Golf Club in Orange Park.

This event helps fund scholarships for deserving students, provides classroom resources for teachers, and supports community outreach programs throughout Northeast Florida.

There’s a lot of history on this corner of Murray Hill.

For decades, the former Edgewood Bakery was a neighborhood landmark. Now, it's getting a new chapter as Community First Credit Union of Florida's newest branch, complete with a community gathering space and a new home for Arble Baking Company, a family-owned Jacksonville business with deep local roots.

TTV Architects is proud to have designed a project that preserves the character of a place so many people remember while creating a space that will continue serving the community for years to come.

It's exciting to see the vision coming together, and we're looking forward to seeing the doors open later this year.
