My first photos of this project were April 2023. I thought it had went away like a lot of projects we put numbers to, but a couple of years later we were unsealing the crypt of Lincoln Hulley. February 19, 2026, I resealed the crypt stones.
This project included careful disassembly of historic cast stone and reuse, design of upper stone with the help of photos, and redesign of interior faux cast stone to extremely closely mimic the original. Reused stone was restored to its original glory to modern standards and will now stand for another 100 years hopefully.

3000 lb hand carved marble tub installed flat to the floor. The drain presented a challenge as it had a 1-1/4” pipe that had to go straight down in a 1-1/4” hole. Love the view!

Enormous polished granite agreggate 7000 lb planters at the front door and large half buried 6000lb tree rings down the side of the BMC Clay (Baptist Medical Center) in Fleming island. Also an inset polished ring around a metal sculpture in the rear. The planters in the front presented a bigger challenge than is casually obvious. The angles on the vertical faces changes on each side creating a helical curve like a piece of licorice. While not so obvious it created a level of difficulty producing the model for the molds. Also they are reflective. Exactly the same but opposite.

Second sign installed for a historic hotel in St. Petersburg. 12,000 pounds of concrete created from digitally printed and craftsman finished models.

Creation and installation of signage for 100 year old historic hotel in St. Petersburg. This was our first experience with digitally created art. We took files that were inspired by other elements on the building and 3d printed small pieces that were manipuled to create our model. First of 2. Note: may have to add some flourishes to this design. It has become a popular selfie spot for people to lay on with the flat top. Pigeon spikes?

Monumental sign with 3/4 columns with entasis. The columns presented a serious challenge, how to create safely a 7,000 lb 3/4 column without seam lines. And then how to set them under a roof line 1/2” away from enormous and I’m sure crazy expensive display monitors set in the wall. Prominently displayed at the intersection of San Jose Blvd. and St. Augustine Rd. Will have to add photos when complete.

An incredible 100 year soloution for the substructure of a ramp and treehouse for Bolles Ponte Vedra campus. 6,000 lb 24’ beams created from individual models for an unbelievable level of detail for this structure. Precision with an artistic flair and an incredible amount of steel engineered into them. Thanks for the assistance with the steel, Mallen Construction.

From a concept drawing to this 5000 lb statement piece, this fireplace surround presented some serious challenges both in design and ex*****on. But it came out beautiful in the end and presents itself well. Local Ponte Vedra residence.

Phase 1 of “Lift Every Voice and Sing” park complete. We will be adding a cast stone full sized piano and a full sized bronze of James Weldon Johnson and his brother. Also there may be additional exposed oyster shell benches. Should be open early next year.

Our work has started at Memorial Park. We contracted our neighbor Best-Tec for the removal of the demolished sidewalks and they made this beautiful commercial. Replacing sidewalks with wax polymer decomposed granite, making front of the esplanade ADA compliant, and replacing the deteriorated interior balustrade. Completion this fall.
