So very proud of all of these men, Shane not pictured. There is NOTHING they cannot repair or replace properly. Its uncanny. We were asked to travel 5 hours to Pensacola, live there and work for the week, doing renovations for the last 13 weeks. We’re home now, just in time for Santa. Tammy didnt mind me being gone too much, LOL, My 89 year old Momma, Lightning Nani Hated it. LOL. Many apartments were painted with Drywall repairs, dozens of new appliances, new doors, all new fixtures, cabinets, Countertops, vanities, windows, sinks, comodes and faucets…. Along with Cinder Block work and Major Tree work. They did it up right! We Departed Jax every Sunday at Noon and returned Thursday or Friday… then, did it again…. with NO crying or complaining. LOL. We had our 5th Grandson, Noah while away and watched The Blue Angels daily. We met some wonderful, spiritual people in New Warington, learned of Charlie Kirks assaination there and Worked safely with NO injuries. Rather memorable times. These men were a pleasure to work with, live with and pray with daily. The local Boys held down GPE Groundskeeping and GPE Home Services in Jax very nicely too. Proud and grateful for all these men and Tammy who holds it all together. We work hard, trust our Almighty Father God and leave the results unto Him. Merry Christmas and Happy New Year to all.

New wall and tub surround looks great. Tub refinish and she’s ready.

When your retention wall fails, we pour a thick footer reinforced with rebar. Set the blocks. Fill the blocks with concrete and then cap the top…. Because it’s what we do. We do it the right way. That’s the only way.

Gotta repair a few little dings and dents because they want them #10 Wow ready. 5 units 100% renovated. 16 more to go on phase 1, but the rest are 80 to 90% so it won’t take forever. We ate Booked in Pensacola thru the end of the year with 6 men. God is good and we are grateful.

Well, I believe we got about 14 of these units completed so far and they’re all pretty much very similar but they’re all nice and new and shiny ready for occupancy

Photo Dump of GPE Week 7, Marina Sol Apartment Homes just outside NAS Pensacola, Complete Renovation. We’ve got some Disco, Microwave Ovens, custom kitchen delivery. 4 full Conex boxes full of materials, flooring and punch out last. New vanities and appliances, brand new Cabinets, doors, Valves, plumbing, all hardware, water heaters, appliances, lighting and all freshly painted. They must have added 50 new AC units. Pensacola is really nice too and the Blue Angels practice right over top of our heads. 9:00 AM til 11:30AM almost daily…. It’s loud but no one minds. They’re proud and EVERYONE stops to watch. God Bless America.
