There's a lot happening at our latest amenity center project for Toll Brothers! Our team is installing underground sewer and storm drainage systems, pouring the second portion of the slab, and excavating the 4,500-square-foot pool.

Once complete, the development will feature a 5,700-square-foot amenity center alongside the pool. Take a look at the latest progress from the jobsite!

Concrete is down at the Callahan Business Center! With the slabs poured for both buildings, you can officially start to see the footprint of the 29,100-square-foot development take shape.

We had the opportunity to sponsor an unforgettable evening benefiting the kids and teens of The Players Championship Boys & Girls Club and the new DLP Capital Teen Center.

Between dinner and a lively auction, the evening raised funds for upcoming initiatives that will expand opportunities and programming for the young people the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida serve. We’re grateful to play a small part in what’s ahead!

It’s an exciting time for the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida and The Players Championship Boys & Girls Club as we help build their new 3,000-square-foot DLP Capital Teen Center.

Currently, the teens are sharing one room in the existing building. Having a new dedicated space for them will not only increase the facility’s capacity, but also give teens a place of their own to learn, connect, and navigate life’s challenges together.

Yesterday, we joined the Boys & Girls Clubs of Northeast Florida to break ground on the new DLP Capital Teen Center at The Players Championship Boys & Girls Club!

The 3,000-square-foot center will provide additional space for teens, allowing the organization to increase capacity and expand its programming.

We’re thrilled to be part of this project!
