We still have a couple finishing touches to do but I wanted to post it. This was a master bathroom remodel. This was in a home in an Arlington neighborhood of Jacksonvile FL., built in 1963. We removed over 3,000 lbs. of plaster walls, concrete subflooring, shower pan with a block bench and wainscoting tile with shower. This is on a second floor. The area hade a 7/8” sag from the weight. We had to relocate a 4”ventilation pipe from an odd and obstructing locating to an inside wall cavity to expand the shower one foot, converting from a 4’ x 4’ to a 4’ x 5’ shower pan. This created a Linen closet where the original vanity was. We opened the opposite wall into the master closet and added a Vanity area for the new vanity giving the room more utilized space.
