I do not like to weld engine cases while the engine is together let alone inside a frame, I did make an exception on this one. Turned out as well as I expected for where it was and without access to the other side. A lot of welding and grinding but this CBR 600 repair was a a success.

Magnesium husky case we finished up today. Drain plug crack was welded, hole was filled and tapped for oem plug. Few pry marks welded and lapped back to flat and one small crack near the ignition cover was repaired.

Semi axle repair and powder coat. This axle housing came in with a few cracks. we used die pe*****te to show the cracks and gouged the cracked areas. We used tig to put in the first pass for a controlled root then switched over to Mig for fill and cap. We verified cracks were repaired with dye, did some touch up blasting and finished it off with zinc primer and satin black powdercoat
