Starting a project off right at GCS means doing our homework before the crews ever arrive!
Our project managers visit the job site to:
-Get a feel for the surrounding landscape and terrain.
-Stake out the exact location of the new structure.
-Evaluate elevation, drainage, and site conditions.
-Check access for concrete trucks, delivery trucks, and construction equipment.
-Identify potential obstacles or challenges before they become costly problems.
-Plan where materials and equipment will be delivered and staged.
-Coordinate site preparation, utilities, and other necessary groundwork.
-Communicate clear instructions and expectations to our crews, suppliers, and delivery drivers.
