This custom pole barn just north of Wichita Kansas is nearing completion! This building is a 40’x60’x14’ structure that features 12” overhangs, durable 3-ply laminated 2x6 posts, and wood trusses with a 4/12 pitch spaced 4’ on center. Built with quality in mind, the framing package includes 2x8 treated skirt boards, 2x6 wall girts, and 2x4 roof purlins spaced 2’ on center, all wrapped in Tyvek and finished with bronze on bronze metal siding and roofing. The building also includes continuous ridge vent closures for improved airflow, along with stunning black-on-black insulated windows, entry doors and garage doors throughout. For a building similar to this size with concrete, basic pricing is around $70 per square foot. This pole barn is clean, sharp, and built to last! Stay tuned for completed project photos!
