We got gazebo posts in the ground on Friday; hopefully the rest of the materials come in soon.

Finally have the exterior of this house and addition complete. Siding, soffit, fascia, along with framing the two story, 14x20 addition. Had two Wausau builds in between start and finish of exterior. It’s coming together. Electricians have a few things to wrap up, hvac is done, then will be working on finishing the interior of the addition.

We started a home yesterday for Wausau Homes Waverly with Wausau Homes. From basement beam to trusses in one day!

Another project done! New Siding, soffit and fascia, PVC wrapped windows, new front posts wrapped in cedar, cedar tongue-and-groove soffit, floating cedar mantle above door, framed out chimney to give it the bell shape, added cedar overhang above entry door; Novik shakes on gables. All the uncovered areas of tyvek, including pillars, will be stoned by Waltzoni masonry.

Another one down, 3.5 days, and battling the heat through the whole job. It was 99°F at lunch time yesterday; we worked split shifts to get it done. Everybody busted their butts on this one.
